The concept is amazing, the minimalist no-bullshit ease of use blows PayPal's thirty-step signup and validation process out of the water. Plus, it's Google, so it integrates with so much.

Same; only reason I go with Paypal. And also good for selling on Ebay. Paying with google wallet using NFC looks nice though.

I have heard rumors of a Google-run eBay alternative in the works as well.

I love Google, so I really hope this is true.
